Safety Cash Usage Terms

Safety Cash is store credit that can be earned on qualifying purchases and redeemed against future orders. These terms explain how it works.

Earning Safety Cash

• Safety Cash is credited on eligible orders after the order is delivered and the return window has closed.
• The earning rate and any campaign-specific bonuses are shown at the time of the offer.
• Safety Cash is credited to the account that placed the order and cannot be transferred to another account.

Redeeming Safety Cash

• Available Safety Cash can be applied at checkout, subject to any minimum order value and maximum redemption limit shown at that time.
• Safety Cash cannot be applied to shipping charges, taxes or gift cards unless expressly stated.
• Safety Cash has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be exchanged for money.

Expiry

Safety Cash expires at the end of its stated validity period. Expired credit cannot be reinstated.

Cancellations and returns

If an order is cancelled or returned, any Safety Cash earned on it is reversed. Safety Cash that was redeemed on that order is returned to your balance and retains its original expiry date.

Changes and misuse

We may modify or discontinue the Safety Cash programme at any time. We may also cancel accrued Safety Cash where we detect abuse, fraudulent activity or a breach of our Terms of Use.
