Cancellation and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains when an order can be cancelled, when an item can be returned and how refunds are processed.

Cancelling an order

• Orders may be cancelled at no charge any time before they are dispatched.
• Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under the conditions below.
• To cancel, contact us with your order number as early as possible.

Returns

Returns are accepted within the stated return window from the date of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals and accessories.
• The item is not listed below as non-returnable.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Items that cannot be returned

• Products made, printed or configured to your specification.
• Items that have been used, installed, discharged or altered.
• Products sold as clearance or final sale.
• Items whose safety seal or hygiene packaging has been opened.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
