Shipping and Tracking

This page explains how we dispatch orders, what delivery timelines to expect and how to track a shipment.

Order processing

Orders are processed on working days. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of payment being confirmed. Bulk and made-to-order items may require additional lead time, which we will confirm with you before dispatch.

Delivery timelines

Most destinations in India: 5 to 10 working days from dispatch.
Remote or restricted-access areas may take longer, and some pin codes may not be serviceable.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order value and the weight and dimensions of the consignment. Heavy or oversized items such as cylinders and cabinets may attract freight charges.

Tracking your order

Once your consignment is handed to the courier, we send the tracking details to your registered email and phone number. You can also see the current status of every order under My Orders in your account.

Receiving your delivery

Please check the packaging before accepting the delivery.
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, note it on the proof of delivery of the courier and inform us the same day.
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the consignment.
